Southern Champion Tray, LP in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Sr. Quality and CI Manager to lead the division's quality strategy across two plants and a distribution center.

You will build a best-in-class quality organization, implement an enterprise QMS, and align quality initiatives with operations, engineering, sales, and customer service to improve customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. This role reports to executive leadership and emphasizes audits, continuous improvement, and coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years in manufacturing quality, CI, or operations.
• GMP, food safety, and quality certifications (BRC, SQF, AIB) knowledge.
• Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing training; Black Belt a plus.

Responsabilités

• Owns Div Quality Management System across all manufacturing and warehouse locations.
• Builds standardized quality operating system with common processes, metrics, and documentation.
• Leads evaluation, selection, implementation, and long-term administration of an enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS).
• Develops multi-year Quality Roadmap advancing the division toward preventive quality management.
• Provides direct leadership to the Compress Quality team and coaching to other sites.
• Develops quality leaders through coaching, mentoring, and standardized leadership expectations.
• Develops and deploys standardized internal specifications to meet customer requirements.
