Colgate is seeking a Divisional Procurement Integration Manager to own the NA digital procurement ecosystem. You will drive data strategy, script automation, and analytics to improve cost, forecasting, and governance across Vendor, Material, and BOM data.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex models into strategic narratives for Finance and Supply Chain, and ensure compliance with EOHS and regulatory standards while enabling end-to-end procurement excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Data Strategy, or Digital Transformation.
  • Experience in leading digital and AI-driven projects within global, complex supply chains or procurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in data governance, visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI), and coding languages (Python, R, SQL); ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Proven success in cost planning and financial consolidation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of AI and digital transformation projects—from inception, scoping, and sprint planning to testing, deployment and cross-functional adoption.
  • Write, test, and deploy Python, R, and SQL scripts to build data pipelines and automate procurement workflows.
  • Architect the Integrated Cost Planning (ICP) workflow with models for real-time forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Leverage V2V analytics to bridge forecasts to baselines and provide visibility into Price, Volume, FX, and commodities.
  • Govern master data for Vendor, Material, and BOM datasets to enable BI across the organization.
  • Translate complex data models and outputs into business narratives for Finance and Supply Chain alignment.
  • Balance inventory and working capital while ensuring EOHS, Quality, and Regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee supplier risk and reporting for SMI and service agreements to uphold policy and supply.

As our Divisional Procurement Integration Manager, you will own the technical architecture and end-to-end execution of our North American digital ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of supply chain strategy and technical product management, leading data strategy, scripting AI driven workflows, and architecting the financial intelligence engines that power our division. This role is designed for a hands on technical leader who can scope complex problems from inception, manage agile project sprints, and execute the advanced analytics required to drive process maturity.

Your Day to Day and The Future

End-to-End Technical Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of AI and digital transformation projects—from technical inception, scoping, and sprint planning through to testing, deployment, and cross-functional adoption.

Advanced Scripting & Automation: Write, test, and deploy robust Python, R, and SQL scripts to build data pipelines, automate complex procurement workflows, and eliminate operational friction.

Integrated Cost Architecture: Orchestrate the end-to-end Integrated Cost Planning (ICP) workflow, building models that drive profit and loss impact assessments, real-time forecasting, and scenario planning.

High-Fidelity Variance Analytics: Leverage new Version-to-Version (V2V) analytics to automate the bridging of forecasts to baselines, providing clear programmatic visibility into Price, Volume, FX, and Commodity drivers.

Master Data & Governance: Architect the vision for end-to-end data governance, ensuring master data integrity across Vendor, Material, and Bill of Materials datasets to turn raw pipelines into high-impact business intelligence.

Technical Translation & Change Management: Act as the primary technical product owner for North American Procurement—translating complex data models and script outputs into compelling business narratives that drive alignment across Finance, Global Supply Chain, and Global Commodities.

Operational Integration: Embed procurement rigor into the supply chain by balancing inventory and working capital requirements, while maintaining strict adherence to EOHS, Quality, and Regulatory compliance standards.

Supplier Risk & KPI Optimization: Oversee critical supplier management and automated reporting for Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) and service agreements to enforce policy and guarantee supply assurance.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or a related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Data Strategy, or Digital Transformation
  • Experience in project management and execution of digital and AI driven projects within global, complex supply chain or procurement environments
  • Advanced proficiency in data governance, visualization tools including Tableau and PowerBI, coding languages including Python, R, and SQL, and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Demonstrated success in cost planning, financial consolidation, and delivering profit and loss impacting projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, or a related professional certification
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and the leadership skills necessary to inspire cross functional teams
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
