Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Divisional Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social media across multiple brand concepts. You will develop content, coordinate calendars, and partner with divisional teams to drive engagement and revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of social media marketing experience, a track record of managing multiple brands, and strong writing and collaboration skills.

• 3 years of social media marketing experience, especially overseeing multiple brands.
• Experience collaborating with divisional marketing teams to drive revenue and growth.
• Ability to develop, execute and post social media content and manage calendars.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with divisional marketing team to lead marketing efforts and achieve restaurant revenue goals.
• Develop, execute and post social media content (text, photos and video) for multiple brands and locations.
• Coordinate with graphic design on briefs for digital and print materials.
• Monitor and respond to guest comments, reviews and messages in a timely manner.
• Write copy individually and with the divisional marketing team.
• Work with media and local partners to share happenings and events, assist with reservations, and build community relationships.
• Support paid social campaigns and contribute to performance analysis.
• Provide coaching and feedback to marketing team members as directed.

• Collaborate with divisional marketing team in leading marketing efforts to achieve restaurants' revenue goals and brand growth
• Develop, execute and post social media content (text, photos and video) on various platforms & maintain social media calendar for assigned brands and locations

• Model and promote teamwork across all teams
• Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
• Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
• 3 years of marketing experience
