Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5 years of progressive FP&A experience; strong financial modeling required.
• 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with management to support priorities through analytics.
• Provide actionable financial analyses to guide decisions.
• Lead annual operating plan and regular forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial forecast models with key drivers.
• Oversee budgeting with FP&A team and resource allocation.
• Present financial insights clearly to leadership.
