Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Divisional Credit Specialist to lead sales-driven credit initiatives and partner with Divisional Credit Managers, BTSSC, Commercial Credit leadership, and sales teams to optimize promotions and program execution.

The role focuses on coordinating programs, monitoring performance, reporting to leadership, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in commercial credit, financial operations, project coordination, sales support, or related function.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit processes and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional promotional programs and tool installment initiatives from planning through execution.
• Partner with Divisional Credit Managers on credit-related functions, reporting, and process updates.
• Track program performance, identify trends, and provide leadership with updates and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and support decisions.
• Develop and document processes to increase efficiency and customer service.
• Prepare updates, training materials, and presentations for leadership and field teams.
• Monitor deadlines and milestones to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
• Serve as central contact for assigned credit projects and ensure clear communication.
