Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own full profit and loss responsibility for the business unit.
• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and present explanations of actual results versus plan and forecast.
• Develop actionable recommendations to close performance gaps.
• Perform detailed margin analysis by product, customer, and market segments.
• Identify cost trends and partner with sales & operations on corrective actions.
• Lead quoting for new business and communicate financial impact of opportunities.
• Drive financial improvements across the business.
