The Divisional Controller serves as the primary financial leader for the business unit, with full P&L responsibility. This hands-on, individual contributor role, partners closely with operational and commercial leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure disciplined financial management. The Controller provides critical insight into margins, pricing, forecasting, and variance drivers while guiding profitable growth initiatives.
