Job summary

Northwest Bancshares is seeking a Divisional Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy and delivery for digital banking domains. As a member of the executive leadership team, you’ll guide modernization, security, and regulatory compliance across online and mobile platforms.

You will partner with business leaders to align investments with goals, drive omnichannel experiences, and deliver measurable business value through AI-enabled analytics and customer-focused technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, technology or related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 8–12 years leading large-scale applications and engineering teams.
• Experience in regulated banking environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute digital banking strategy in partnership with business leadership.
• Deliver omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, and emerging channels.
• Lead modernization of digital platforms and customer-facing technologies.
• Drive AI-enabled experiences and analytics to improve customer engagement.
• Manage technology portfolios, budgets, and vendor relationships.
