Job summary

Northwest is seeking a Divisional Chief Information Officer (Divisional CIO) to lead technology strategy across key banking domains, aligning investments with business goals and delivering measurable value.

Reporting to the CIO, you will oversee architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and modernization efforts, while collaborating with executives to drive digital transformation, resiliency, and customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, consulting, technology or related field.
12-15 years progressive technology leadership experience.
Experience leading large-scale technology organizations in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Develop technology strategy supporting branch and operational excellence.
Align technology investments with business objectives to drive measurable value.
Lead portfolio of products, applications, platforms, engineering teams, vendors and initiatives.
Govern architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, technology standards and regulatory requirements.
Present strategies to executive leadership and establish KPIs/metrics.
Drive modernization and resilience across technology platforms and processes.
