Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, technology, or related field.
• Experience aligning technology strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the executive leadership team and act as senior technology partner to business leaders.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and modernize platforms.
• Govern technology investments in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and ERP/PMO.
• Lead product, engineering, and vendor teams with Agile/DevSecOps practices.
• Ensure risk management, cyber security controls, and regulatory compliance.
