Job summary

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. is seeking a Divisional Training Supervisor to lead the development, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the division's training program.

You will oversee curriculum development, trainers, and performance tracking to ensure competency and compliance. You will own the Master Skills Tracking Matrices and drive audits with NADCAP/AS9100 in collaboration with CI, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or program leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience navigating strict aerospace regulations.
• Hands-on experience managing and auditing training records, ideally through an LMS, MES, or ERP environment.
• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related technical discipline or 4 years equivalent hands-on experience.
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or relevant industry standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of training staff, including the NEOP and Technical Trainers.
• Guide curriculum development and adult learning methodologies for effective classroom and hands-on execution.
• Design and develop technical training curricula, lesson plans, and materials; drive LMS configuration and tracking.
• Establish KPIs to track progress and report to senior leadership on the program’s maturity.
• Audit training outcomes to verify employees perform required functions.
• Collaborate with CI, Engineering, and Quality teams to address skill gaps and support operational excellence.
• Own the Master Skills Tracking Matrices for all manufacturing employees across the division.
• Ensure training records and certifications comply with aerospace standards and customer contracts.
• Serve as SME and lead spokesperson for internal and external training audits (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100).
