• Proficiency with MS Office and email

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end land acquisition and development.
• Search for land opportunities and negotiate acquisitions.
• Oversee due diligence and environmental reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Construction, Finance).
• Develop infrastructure schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and supervise land staff.
