Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a Division Vice President / Business Unit Manager to lead the EMT business unit (Gatan) with full P&L responsibility. The role is based onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, reporting to the Materials Analysis Division VP/GM.

The candidate will drive strategic direction, revenue growth, and long-term positioning while delivering annual commitments. Requires a proven 10+ years in a highly engineered product environment and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven full P&L responsibility for a standalone business unit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years leading a highly engineered product organization.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMT growth strategy and overall business performance.
• Drive revenue growth and manage profitability with full P&L accountability.
• Forecast results and meet operating plan commitments.
• Oversee global manufacturing footprint and operational excellence.
