AMETEK United Electronic Industries (UEI) seeks a VP, Business Manager to lead a global unit with full P&L responsibility (~$43M). The role requires proven strategic leadership, hands-on commercial focus, and the ability to drive profitable growth within AMETEK’s decentralized culture.

The VPBM will shape strategy, enhance operational performance, develop talent, and build a scalable, global business while partnering across locations and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive business leadership experience.
• Full P&L leadership for a unit of at least $40 million.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. and access export-controlled information.

Responsabilités

• Own the business P&L and deliver sales, profit, cash flow, and asset-management commitments.
• Develop and execute the strategic plan aligned with AMETEK growth strategies.
• Create and execute a profitable growth agenda across markets, customers, channels, products, and geographies.
• Set the commercial strategy including sales, pricing, product management, and roadmaps.
• Strengthen new product development and launch processes for faster ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and market influencers.
• Forecast results, identify risks, and take timely action to meet plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
