Job summary

LENDMARK Financial Services is seeking a Division Specialist to support multiple branches and oversee efficient operations across locations in the Woodbridge area. You will help drive branch profitability, lending quality, and customer satisfaction while mentoring staff and coordinating with leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consumer finance, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and motivate staff to meet goals relating to profitability, lending and collections.
• Make loan decisions within established lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts in delinquency.
• Develop business relationships within the community to meet sales goals and support branch growth.
• Assist customers with solutions and monitor overall satisfaction; support hiring and staff development.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service and travel as required.

The Division Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of multiple branches and ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed to expectations, while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customers and staff.MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and motivation of the staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expense.Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions; process consumer loans; close consumer loans; collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency.Assist multiple branch managers with business development relationships within the community. Sell products and services to meet sales goals.Assist customers with the implementation of solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.Assist multiple branch managers with matters regarding hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.Ensure a high quality of customer service.Ability to travel as required.All other duties as assigned.BASIC REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution5 plus years consumer finance or related experienceAbility to work with minimum supervisionExcellent communication skillsProficient working knowledge of industry or related industry lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word ApplicationsPREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Associates or Bachelor’s DegreeBilingual, Spanish/EnglishCOMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $24/hr - $30/hr hourly based on the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Experience of the selected candidate.This position is eligible for Semi Annual Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Office EnvironmentIf you are interested in a fast paced, high growth, team oriented and great culture environment, you'll enjoy a career with us!
