Responsibilities

• Advise the Division Chief on governance, policy, and faculty issues.
• Provide leadership for faculty practice administrative functions and research operations.
• Oversee divisional finances, budgets, and revenue cycle management.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of faculty.
• Enhance provider workflow and patient access through operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with CPUP, hospital, university policies.
