Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a Division Operations Manager to oversee Ontario (California) and Mesa (Arizona) warehouses and transportation services. The role focuses on maximizing growth, profitability, and service delivery while developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in warehouse operations or logistics, leadership experience across multiple sites, and strong analytical and communication skills. ESOP culture and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

BS/BA in business, finance, operations or related field.
7+ years in warehouse operations or logistics.
Experience in multi-site or regional leadership roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
ERP systems and WMS experience.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse operations to ensure high service standards and safety.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support and Divisions on profitability and service delivery.
Develop labor strategies for peaks, recruitment, engagement and retention.
Monitor KPIs, scorecards, and profitability to drive continuous improvement.
Manage division budget, cost savings, and pricing improvements for customers.
Coordinate with other departments on division impact and best practices.
