Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, finance, operations, accounting or related field.
• 7+ years in warehouse operations or logistics; 3+ years in multi-site leadership.
• Experience in business/financial management/accounting.
• Warehouse/ops experience in medium to large facilities.
• Co-pack management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership of high-performing operations teams.
• Experience in pricing or profitability role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ERP systems (Infor SX.e) and WMS experience (Solochain preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure team compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Develop labor strategies for seasonal peaks, including recruitment and retention.
• Foster health and safety culture and manage KPI scorecards.
• Manage facility vendors and communicate with Division Manager and teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, and Purchasing.
• Identify profitability improvements using a cost-to-serve model.
• Improve division efficiency and monitor scorecards and capacity.
• Coordinate with other departments on Division Operations impact.
• Support sales with pricing and service model alignment.
