Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7 years progressive administrative or financial management experience.
• 3 years leadership experience managing administrative teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, payroll, AR, and financial reporting.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, waste, or service industries preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative functions in the office.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate customer billing.
• Prepare and input monthly billing journal entries.
• Manage credit processing procedures.
• Oversee customer service department and train staff.
• Oversee payables processing and approvals.
• Coordinate collections and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare monthly revenue projections for management.
• Assist in payroll and HR functions.
