• Uphold Safety over production
• Lead and develop Project Managers within the division
• Review results monthly with VP and President (P/L, performance, improvements)
• Manage daily office operations for the division
• Assist President/VP with organizational goals, policies and process enhancements
• Expand scope of business with current customers to drive revenue
• Develop relationships with new customers to increase revenue
• Maintain safety and quality at the highest level within the division
• Ensure facilities in the division are safe and professional
