Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Division Manager for Repairs & Masonry in St. Louis to oversee the division from inception to completion, ensuring growth and profitability.

The role requires managing a skilled team, aligning with company policies, and delivering top-quality home repair solutions. You will lead budgets, supervise staff, coordinate with GM and suppliers, and step in as needed across sales, production, and office tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team through mentoring and coaching for sales metrics.
• P&L experience with respect to managing sales and profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all aspects of the Repairs & Masonry division.
• Hire, train, retain, evaluate, and develop employees; assess staffing needs.
• Prepare budgets and goals for the market; manage workflow and expenses.
