Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing in St. Louis is seeking a Division Manager for Repairs & Masonry to lead the division from inception to completion.

You will manage a team of skilled professionals, drive growth, and maintain profitability while upholding our reputation for excellence in home solutions. You will collaborate with the GM, hire and develop staff, monitor budgets, and ensure effective procedures and top-tier customer service across field and office roles.

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in management is required.
• Previous experience leading a sales team through mentoring and coaching for sales metric accomplishments.
• P&L experience with respect to managing sales and profitable operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets and goals with GM for Repairs & Masonry division.
• Hire, train, retain and develop employees; assist GM on staffing.
• Prepare budgets and goals for the market.
• Manage workflow and expenses for efficiency and profitability.
• Support accounting in collections procedures.
