Job summary

Chesapeake Search Partners is seeking a Division Manager to lead the Building Automation & Controls division, drive business development, and oversee project delivery of BAS and IAQ solutions for commercial, healthcare, and institutional clients.

You will manage technical teams, coordinate with field technicians, and partner with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and success across projects. This is a growth-focused leadership role in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or controls.
• Proven success in technical sales or business development.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in BAS, controls upgrades, and IAQ solutions.
• Develop new client relationships across commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets.
• Lead sales efforts and proposals, including VisionAIR Performance.
• Build and maintain a strong project and service pipeline.
• Oversee project execution, scheduling, and commissioning.

• Manage service contracts and support team development.
• Support deployment of VisionAIR systems with internal teams; assist BAS integration, sensors, and analytics platforms; provide field feedback to improve solutions and expand market use.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Drive revenue growth in BAS, controls upgrades, and IAQ solutions
• Develop new client relationships across commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets
• Lead sales efforts and proposals, including VisionAIR Performance
• Build and maintain a strong project and service pipeline

Operations & Leadership

• Oversee project execution, scheduling, and commissioning
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Manage field technicians and installation teams

Product Integration
