Job summary

IFP Motion Solutions Inc., a growing motion control company, invites applications for a Division Manager to oversee our Kansas locations. You will coordinate an outside sales group, build and maintain vendor relationships, and drive business development to sustain client growth.

In this role you will supervise sales staff, report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, and represent the firm at industry events. Strong communication, leadership, and high-pressure client handling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial sales and supervising staff.
• Highly skilled in dealing with high pressure situations, a wide range of clients, and sensitive information.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.

About the Job

Job Summary
