Job summary

Moms In Motion is seeking an experienced Division Manager in Virginia to provide leadership and operational oversight for a team of Service Facilitators, ensuring exceptional service and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and a positive team culture.

Location in Virginia is required for field operations and in-person meetings; flexible work-from-home options are available. Travel within the assigned region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid Waiver programs, case management, healthcare, or human services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DMAS regulations and person-centered practices preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of Service Facilitators.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with DMAS regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
• Partner with Compliance, QA, HR, and Training to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Monitor caseload distribution and staffing needs.
• Address escalated participant concerns and assist with complex service issues.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives.
• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching others, fostering accountability, and promoting compliance while creating a positive team culture.

Location Requirement: Applicants must live in Virginia to support field operations, attend in-person meetings, and provide leadership within the assigned region.
