Job summary

Western States Fire Protection Company is hiring a Fire Sprinkler Inspector in Nevada. The role involves testing and inspection of fire sprinkler systems, with focus on life safety and multiple manufacturers’ products.

You will provide accurate inspection reports with proper documentation of improvements and issues. We seek self-motivated, customer-service oriented inspectors with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes.
• NICET Level II or III preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Nevada for inspections and testing.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.
• Capable of presenting information and responding to questions from managers, customers, AHJs and the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and testing with minimal supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections of life safety product lines.
• Communicate with Project Manager/Schedule Coordinator about delays and status.
• Coordinate closeout and turnover of jobs to clients for billing.
