Job summary

Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare seeks an experienced Division HR Director to serve as the senior HR partner to the Division CEO, aligning HR strategy with division goals across multiple facilities.

The role focuses on employee relations, engagement, retention, and workforce planning, partnering with corporate HR and local leaders to ensure compliant, effective HR operations. Travel to facilities will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior HR business partner or HR director experience.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor and thought partner to the Division CEO, guiding organizational, workforce, and culture decisions.
• Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict mediation.
• Own the division's employee engagement and retention strategy with measurable action plans.
• Partner with Division CEO and local leaders to interpret survey data and address disengagement or turnover causes.
• Directly manage and develop HR Business Partners to ensure strong partnership across sites.
• Ensure recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes are executed consistently at the division level.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and licensure/credentialing requirements and escalate gaps as needed.
