Job summary

Williams Companies in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Senior Engineer to lead technical and economic evaluations, performance testing, and design/construction of facilities in the natural gas and petrochemical sectors.

You will apply deep industry knowledge, present findings, and mentor teams while championing safety and cost control. A BS in engineering (ABET) or PE-licensed Engineering Technology with 8+ years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Required: ABET-accredited engineering degree or Engineering Technology with PE license and 8+ years of multifaceted engineering experience in natural gas or petrochemical industry.
• Preferred: Project Management experience.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority.

As an Engineer Sr., you will conduct technical and economic evaluations, performance testing, design and construction of new and existing facilities, and research on new developments, applying your strong understanding of industry and operational requirements. Education/Years of Experience:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; and a minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
• Proficiency in engineering specialties covering more than one subject area
• Preferred: Project Management experience
