Job summary

Asahi Beer USA seeks a Division Director to lead sales, distributor development and key account growth across a multi-state Division. The role is high-accountability and suited for a self-starter who builds distributor relationships and owns results—from field execution to full P&L outcomes for the Division.

You will drive programs with distributors, manage a Division team, and deliver periodic Business Reviews and Annual Plans to partners, with 25–50% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience including distributors and people management.
• Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license and 21+ years of age.
• Strong analytical skills with Nielsen and VIP experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to travel 25–50% within the Division.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sales programs with distributor teams to close distribution gaps and grow availability, velocity, and volume.
• Run distributor work-withs monthly with field sales reps, key account managers, and leadership.
• Own execution and financial outcomes for your Division, including P&L targets, budgets, and KPI delivery.
• Compose and deliver periodic Business Reviews and Annual Business Plans directly to distributor partners.
• Lead and develop your Division team — including monthly sell/skill-development days and bi-weekly check-ins with direct reports.
