Job Summary and Qualifications

The primary responsibilities include managing daily operations of pathology in their market, ensuring quality, efficiency, and satisfaction, and serving as the Physician Services Group representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for pathology services.
  • Manage HBP services to optimize utilization and efficiency.
  • Participate in monthly performance, quality, financial, and scope expansion reviews.
  • Engage with leadership to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain quality programs aligned with standards.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing (Master’s preferred).
  • Three years of supervisory experience in hospital or physician practice management (preferred).
  • Knowledge of healthcare financial management and clinical operations.
  • No specific license or certification required.
