Brief Job Description: The Manager VI leads the Division Coordination Office (DCO) under the general direction of the Director of System Support Services (SSS). Performs highly advanced managerial work directing the DCO team. Provides strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight of division-wide projects, legislative initiatives, executive communications, reporting, workflow management, and organizational accountability functions. Serves as the central coordination point for executive priorities, special initiatives, and cross-functional efforts that support division leadership and organizational objectives. Exercises extensive latitude for independent judgment and initiative in managing staff, facilitating collaboration across divisions and agencies, resolving competing priorities, and ensuring timely execution of commitments, deliverables, and executive directives.
