KLA is seeking a Division Controller to oversee the full P&L for the Division and coordinate finance support for the Division General Manager and team. The role offers an opportunity to lead a collaborative finance group and drive strategic financial planning across engineering, sales, operations and more.

Ideal candidates bring strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience in financial modeling and ROI analyses for engineering programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree plus 8 years' experience; or Masters' Degree plus 6 years' experience; or PhD plus 3 years' experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge.

The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKLA is looking for a Division Controller. The Division Controller is responsible for the full P&L and coordinating and providing finance support for the Division General Manager and his staff, offering continuous career growth and a highly collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:This position works cross-functionally with other teams including Engineering, Applications, Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR.Support annual strategic planning and budgeting process and understanding long term Engineering development roadmaps.Driving Bookings, Shipments and Revenue (BSR) recognition process.Understanding changes in Manufacturing activities for the Division.
