Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs accounting staff to ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
• Prepares monthly financial reports and analyzes budget vs. actual results.
• Prepares financial forecasts and coordinates with leaders to review.
• Coordinates internal and external audit requests.
• Facilitates workflow between Shared Services and Division operations.
