Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a hands-on Division Controller to lead core accounting and financial reporting for a growing, global manufacturing organization with multi-site operations. You will own the close, controls, and a developing team, reporting to the VP/Global Controller with visibility to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, CPA preferred, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership.
• 5+ years in multi-site, multi-geography manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing cost accounting and variance analysis experience.
• CPA preferred; public accounting/audit valued.
• Strong US GAAP, financial reporting, GL, controls, close process knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and ERP competence (SAP/Oracle); BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting close and reporting process for two divisions/sites.
• Lead and develop the accounting team with coaching and oversight.
• Maintain strong accounting controls and US GAAP compliance.
• Partner with operations and leadership to drive scalable processes.
• Improve and standardize processes as the organization scales.
