Job summary

All Roads in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Division Controller to lead the accounting team and own the financial close process. This role manages month-end entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and audit preparation in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. The position is full-time, on-site at All Roads Corporate, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Experience with multiple rooftops is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journal entries for financial close and reporting.
• Reconcile monthly balance sheet to ensure accuracy.
• Track fixed assets and perform depreciation analysis.
• Analyze General Ledger accounts and financial data.
• Assist with external auditors and audit processes annually.
• Ensure revenue and expenses are recognized in accordance with GAAP and close cycles on time.
• Collaborate with other departments on ad hoc projects.
