Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience required.
3+ years of experience in Construction Accounting strongly preferred.
CPA certification strongly preferred.
Masters in Business (MBA) strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the financial leader for the operational division.
Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with USGAAP and ASC606 (percentage of completion).
Review cost incurred to date, estimates to complete, and change orders with operations for revenue recognition.
Monitor and report the overall billing position and cash flow at project level.
Provide timely reports showing actual and projected project financials across contracts; identify issues and suggest improvements.
