The University of Washington Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology invites applications for Division Chief of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, starting July 1, 2027. This is a full‑time faculty role based at UW Medical Center‑Northwest Campus in Seattle.

The successful candidate will provide strategic clinical leadership, advance education and research, oversee a busy multidisciplinary pelvic floor service, and mentor residents

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; urogynecology fellowship completed.
• Five years of clinical experience with established admin leadership.
• Eligibility for Washington State medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical leadership for the division.
• Lead education, research, and service aligned with the university mission.
• Oversee multidisciplinary pelvic floor care and mentorship of trainees.
