Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeks a Division Chief and Technical Product Manager to direct the enterprise DevSecOps platforms and systems division. You will shape the platform’s roadmap, manage budgets, and drive the transition to next-generation cloud environments, partnering with the Chief Engineer and leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, product owners, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic product lifecycle for the enterprise DevSecOps platform.
• Oversee end-to-end design, integration, and deployment of capabilities.
• Lead next-gen systems design including cloud architectures and automation workflows.
• Foster a DevSecOps culture with automated CI/CD and secure practices.
• Translate mission requirements into technical user stories and system requirements.
• Manage program budgets, procurement strategies, and vendor performance.
