Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Chief of Platform Operations to lead the DevSecOps platform and the Common Development Environment.

You will ensure pipelines, cloud services, test environments, and collaboration tools are reliable, secure, and fit for mission planning needs. You will coordinate with engineering, test, and cybersecurity teams, provide shared baselines, automated testing capabilities, and developer support while guiding platform training and continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps, platform engineering, or large-scale software operations.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating CI/CD pipelines and shared environments.
Experience with enterprise integration/test environments and automated test management.
Strong understanding of secure configuration baselines in development/test labs.
Active Secret clearance and ability to maintain it.
