Job summary

The One 23 Group is seeking a senior Project Manager to serve as the delivery lead for DISA programs, delivering enterprise IT operations, infrastructure services, and cybersecurity in support of the DoW. You will collaborate with DISA Program Managers, CORs, and Government stakeholders to ensure contract performance and secure, resilient services.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is a must-have.
• 10+ years supporting Department of War programs or similar DoD environments.
• 5+ years managing complex programs with cost, schedule, and performance oversight.
• Experience delivering IT services in enterprise, high-availability contexts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong executive-level reporting and performance briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and mission-critical IT capabilities.
• Oversee program governance, delivery processes, and DISA-related responsibilities.
• Track SLAs, KPIs, staffing, risks, and deliverables across DISA programs.
• Coordinate with CORs, Government stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure compliance and performance.
• Mentor teams and align execution with DoW mission requirements.
