Job summary

Ideal candidates have board certification in Plastic Surgery and hold an Associate or Professor rank, with a track record in mentorship and multidisciplinary collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in plastic surgery required.
• Leadership or division development experience preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor faculty, residents and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, strategic, and operational leadership for the division.
• Guide a division spanning cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, breast reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction, facial reconstruction, body contouring, burn surgery, complex wound care, craniomaxillofacial trauma, and pediatric deformities.
• Collaborate with other services and hospital leadership to strengthen coordinated patient care.
• Partner with leadership on recruitment, access, quality improvement, standardization, and program expansion.
