Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Associate or Professor of Surgery rank.
• Leadership/physician management experience preferred.
• Mentorship and career guidance for faculty, residents and students.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and balance clinical excellence with operational stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, strategic, and operational leadership for the division.
• Guide division spanning cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, breast reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction, facial reconstruction, body contouring, burn surgery, complex wound care, craniomaxillofacial trauma, and pediatric deformities.
• Collaborate with Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Dermatology, Trauma, Wound Care, and hospital leadership to strengthen coordinated patient care.
• Partner with leadership on physician recruitment, access, quality improvement, operational standardization, and program expansion.
