Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health in Delaware seeks a dynamic Division Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology to provide vision, leadership, and oversight of care delivery, education, research, and advocacy. The role reports to the Chair of Pediatrics and leads a robust team across multiple clinics and a Telehealth program.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, MD/PhD, or equivalent clinical doctoral degree.
• Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Eligibility for DEA and Delaware state licensure.
• Administrative/leadership experience.
• Academic record commensurate with Associate or Full Professor.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for all divisional missions (care, education, research, advocacy).
• Oversee operations across seven clinic locations and telehealth services.
• Grow academic profile, fellowship program, and QI/research pathways.
• Standardize staffing, optimize workflows via EHR/analytics, and expand signature programs.
