Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Delaware seeks a dynamic Division Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology to lead clinical care, education, and research across seven sites. You will oversee all divisional missions and report to the Chair of Pediatrics.

You will advance programs, mentor faculty, expand telehealth, and collaborate with academic partners while guiding growth and national visibility.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MD-PhD or equivalent clinical doctoral degree.
• Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Eligibility for DEA and Delaware state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, and oversee care delivery, education, research, and advocacy.
• Grow scholarship and national visibility via fellowship program and QI initiatives.
• Expand signature programs and strengthen interdisciplinary collaborations.
