The successful candidate will build signature programs, expand the fellowship, advance QA/QI initiatives, and mentor a talented team across multiple sites in a patient‑centered, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, MD/PhD or equivalent clinical doctoral degree.
• Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Eligibility for DEA and Delaware state licensure.
• Record of success in advancing clinical growth, research, and education.
• Administrative and leadership experience.
• Academic record commensurate with Associate or Full Professor.
