Premier Health and Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine seek an accomplished endocrinologist to serve as Premier Health Institute - Division Chief of Internal Medicine Subspecialties: Allergy/Immunology, Endocrinology, and Rheumatology.

The role requires strategic leadership to develop innovative health care delivery models, sustain clinical excellence, and foster education and research across a large academic health system in Southwest Ohio.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with board certification in endocrinology.
• Active medical license.
• Experience in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the Division and Institute, advancing the mission of Premier Health and Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
• Promote standards of excellence and compliance with national standards.
• Recruit and oversee section chiefs; oversee educational programs and research initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to align clinical care, education, and scholarly activity.
• Support budgeting and fiscal management to promote financial sustainability.
