Premier Health seeks an accomplished endocrinologist to serve as Institute Division Chief for Internal Medicine Subspecialties (Allergy/Immunology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology) to advance clinical care, research, and education in Southwest Ohio. The role partners with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine to align academic priorities and innovative health care delivery.

• Education: M.D. or D.O. with board certification in endocrinology.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of leadership experience.
• Licensure: Active medical license.
• Active faculty or qualifies to become faculty of BSOM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visionary leadership to the Division and Institute.
• Promote and maintain standards of excellence in compliance with national standards.
• Stabilize and grow the physician/provider workforce within the Division and Institute.
• Oversee teaching rotations and academic priorities within the Division.
• Recruit and develop section chiefs and oversee clinical integration.
• Manage budgetary planning and financial sustainability for the Division.
• Collaborate with the director dyad partner to optimize practice efficiency.
• Improve provider engagement and monitor productivity using data-driven strategies.
• Uphold practice quality standards and ensure accountability of advanced practice providers.
