Qualifications

• Education: M.D. or D.O. with board certification.
• Experience: 3–5 years or more in leadership roles.
• Licensure: Active medical license.
• Active faculty or meets criteria to become BSOM faculty.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and innovative leadership to the Division and Institute, advancing the missions of Wright State University and Premier Health.
• Promote standards of excellence in compliance with national standards and drive performance.
• Stabilize and grow the physician/APR workforce within the Division and Institute.
• Lead teaching and research initiatives and coordinate with BSOM leaders on education objectives.
• Foster collaboration across departments and institutes to align strategic priorities.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee section chiefs and oversee clinical integration.
• Advance patient care quality, provider engagement, and academic productivity.
