Job summary

Taylor White is seeking a Division CFO in a high-growth, acquisition-driven organization. The role reports to executive leadership and partners with field leaders across a multi-entity platform to drive financial strategy and performance.

Candidates must have an accounting background with progression into finance, MBA or CPA, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work in the Greater Tampa Bay area is offered with equity participation and substantial bonus potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to analyze financial performance across a multi-entity platform.
• Serve as a key finance liaison between corporate leadership and field-level business leaders.
• Evaluate monthly financial results to identify performance drivers and variances.
• Develop and present recommendations to address underperformance and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Support evaluation of potential acquisitions, including business case development and structuring considerations.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership on strategic planning and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships with entrepreneurial field leaders integrating into a larger organizational structure.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to a small team of direct reports.
• Participate in leadership discussions regarding growth strategy and operational execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting consistency and financial transparency across business units.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior finance and business leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
• MBA or CPA required
• Background in accounting with demonstrated progression into a finance or strategic business partner role
• Prior experience within a mid-market or larger organization
• Demonstrated experience operating within an acquisition-heavy or high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify underlying business drivers
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Professional presence and credibility to partner effectively with C-suite executives and field leadership
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Willingness and ability to work at both a strategic and granular level as needed
