Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
  • MBA or CPA required.
  • Background in accounting with progression into a finance/strategy role.
  • Experience in mid-market or larger organizations.
  • Acquisition-heavy or high-growth environment experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management with C-suite and field leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to analyze financial performance across a multi-entity platform.
  • Serve as a key finance liaison between corporate leadership and field-level leaders.
  • Evaluate monthly results to identify drivers and root causes of variances.
  • Develop and present recommendations to address underperformance and growth opportunities.
  • Support evaluation of potential acquisitions, including business case development.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and revenue optimization with divisional leadership.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to a small team of direct reports.
  • Participate in leadership discussions on growth strategy and operational execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting consistency and financial transparency.

We are seeking a driven finance leader to serve as a strategic business partner for a significant business unit within a rapidly expanding, growth-focused organization. This is a high-visibility role for an executive who wants to collaborate with senior leadership and help shape the financial direction of a rapidly growing business. The organization has expanded significantly through strategic acquisitions and continues to build out a sophisticated, multi-faceted platform. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional finance and step fully into a forward-looking strategy and finance-operations capacity, partnering closely with executive and operational leadership alike.   • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships with entrepreneurial field leaders integrating into a larger organizational structure
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to a small team of direct reports
  • Participate in leadership discussions regarding growth strategy and operational execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting consistency and financial transparency across business units
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior finance and business leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required
  • MBA or CPA required
  • Background in accounting with demonstrated progression into a finance or strategic business partner role
  • Prior experience within a mid-market or larger organization
  • Demonstrated experience operating within an acquisition-heavy or high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify underlying business drivers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Professional presence and credibility to partner effectively with C-suite executives and field leadership
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Willingness and ability to work at both a strategic and granular level as needed
